Grand Ballroom

Our main, luxurious event hall has a capacity of 80-250. The space can always be altered to accomodate your vision.

Aux Ballroom

Adjacent to the Grand Ballroom, this event hall has a capacity of 30-60. Pool table, movie projector, and more are included. This is our “lounge” centric space.

Studio 78

Arguably our most unique event hall, It has a capacity of 50-80. Great for smaller, private, and intimate events.

  I could not have been happier with the setup for the baby shower we had for My son and daughter in law. It was beautifully decorated with all the elements that I asked for. Bob went the extra mile and threw in elements that still have folks talking. The staff, especially Ahli made everything so effortless and was so professional.   Bob and his team were great. His customer service and attention to detail were top-notch. From our first walkthrough, the venue looked exactly as pictured, and Bob took the time to explain everything thoroughly. On the day of the event, everything ran smoothly — his staff was professional, organized, and on point throughout the entire evening.   We celebrated my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary at Inviting Events (IE) a week ago. It was amazing! IE is a one stop shop. No need to shop around for linens, lighting, tables/chairs, party decor, etc because they’ve got it all! The event space held our 150+ guests very well with space to move and dance. We couldn’t have pulled it off without the knowledge and expertise of the team at IE! The professional team of attendants took so much of the stress of hosting off of our hands by making sure the space was ready and decorated to our liking, keeping the food warm and refilling the chafing dishes, keeping the tables clear and clean for the guests, packing up any left over food, etc. If you’re planning an event call Inviting Events.   Had my sweet sixteen here on 8/23/25 and it was the most amazing experience i’ve ever had. The set-up, catering, add-ons. All of it made the night so wonderful. I’ve looked forward to this party since i was 5 and they truly made my dream come true. I highly recommend this place for ANY events at all. Thank you so much for such a mesmerizing experience.

  I recently hosted an elaborate and stunning upscale party at Inviting Events for my husband's birthday celebration.  I just want to emphasize that it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The entire staff was phenomenal,  professional, attentive, and ensured every detail was perfect!  They also offered an affordable package for the extra large ball room without compromising quality! This amazing venue features;  various linens color selections, tall centerpieces, chafing dishes, charger plates, cake stands, extra large number marques, chiavari chairs, all size tables, cupcake stands, beverage dispensers, throne chairs, backdrops, balloon backdrops/garlands, etc. Inviting Events is indeed a one stop shop for everything that you will need to make your event outstanding without having to go to multiple rental establishments to get essential items for your event! The spacious layout accommodated all of my guests comfortably (for sitting and dancing).  I have received so many compliments from my out of town attendees about how well-organized and beautiful the event was. Every detail was handled with care, they made our special day stress-free.   I went to help another dj for a wedding very short period of time. Parking needs to be expanded. Otherwise the space was good for any event imaginable. Dj lights were already there.

  I planned my 30th yr class reunion and this space was perfect.  Mr. Pope was very easy to coordinate plans with for the event. He covered all the setup and decorations that made it worth it all. Mr. & Mrs Pope along with staff were very attentive and present throughout the evening as well. Definitely recommend for future events.
